Herb Ertlinger is the owner and vintner of the local Schitt's Creek business, the Herb Ertlinger Winery, a winery specializing in fruit wines. He asks Moira to be the spokesperson for his winery and appear in a series of commercials to promote his fruit wine.
He makes his only appearance in the episode, Wine and Roses.
