Ricki serves as the Lead Intimacy Facilitator at M.A.D.L.Y., a singles event organization in Elmdale which prides themselves in their ability to stimulate soulful exchanges between singles.
Johnny and Moira Rose visit Ricki and her organization to take notes on her singles events for the then-upcoming Singles Week in Schitt's Creek. However, she only allows them to observe the events if they participate as well.
